PTFE Filter Bag Introduction:
PTFE filter bag is made by a three-dimensional and has a very strong high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical stability and good hydrolyzed resistance. It is easy to clean dust with its smooth surface, continuous working temperature 240°C, peak 260°C.It can be processed into PTFE film needle felt and PTFE emulsion impregnated needle felt by different post-treatment processes. It is mainly used to manufacture 100% PTFE filter bags suitable for different working conditions and filtration accuracy requirements.
PTFE dust filter bag is a tough and soft fiber structure. PTFE dust filter bag base material is strong, has sufficient mechanical strength and good dust removal effect, ash strength is reduced, pressure loss is low and stable. Long term use can prolong the service life of PTFE filter bag. The high permeability and low resistance of PTFE filter bag have the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, large dust removal capacity and high dust removal rate.
PTFE Filter Bag Advantage:
