Polyester Filter Bag Introduction:
Polyester is a widely available and relatively low cost fitler bag media that offers great dimensional stability. This makes polyester filter media one of the most common types of filter media used in baghouse dust collection systems.
Polyester is used in a wide variety of industries such as food processing, manufacturing, woodworking, metalworking, and more.
Polyester’s maximum continuous operating temperature is 275 degrees Fahrenheit and has good overall qualities to resist abrasion and performs well with dry temperatures.
The PE fiber in the Polyester filter bag may be made into continuous fibers with a very tiny fiber diameter, allowing for the filtration of exceedingly fine dust particles.
