2. Burrs scratch the filter bag. When selecting the dust removal frame, the filter bag filter frame should have sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, contact with each other after the filter bag is loaded into the filter, and difficulty in bagging, bagging The occurrence of frame friction, etc.; all the welding points of the dust collector frame are firm, and no desoldering, virtual welding and missing welding are allowed; the surface of the dust collector frame contacting the dust filter bag should be smooth, and no uneven welding scars and burrs are allowed. .
3. Ribs: The vertical ribs of the dust removal framework generally use 20-24 high temperature resistant carbon steels, each rib is Φ3.2 mm thick, the inner ring of the cage is made of Φ4 mm thick high temperature resistant carbon steel bars, one from the bottom of the cage upwards. There should be a distance of 50 mm between the cage ring and the bottom of the cage, the distance between the root cage ring and one cage ring should be less than 155 mm, and so on, a cage ring should keep a distance of 50 mm from the top flange bottom of the cage.
In addition, the processing quality requirements of the dust removal skeleton are also very important. Special ring making and processing spot welding equipment should be used to minimize burrs and maintain verticality during processing.
